The central diamond measures 3. 35 mm and the diamonds on either side each measure 3 mm, for a total weight of approximately 0. 5 ct. There are three diamonds, Old European Cut, with high tables, set in octagonal shapes. Above and below the diamonds are calibre cut sapphires that emphasize the
